Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 14,680-square-foot fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The work includes the demolition of an existing 10,000 sqft fire station, training tower, and site paving, and the construction of a new approximately 14,680 sqft fire station. The new station will feature 4 apparatus bays, living and sleeping quarters for 8 personnel, and additional work and living areas. Add Alternate 1 consists of a combined Wash Bay and Fuel Station, which includes a 2,280 sqft steel canopy, equipment room, wash equipment, and a bidder-designed and permitted above ground fuel tank and dispensing equipment. The project is estimated to cost between $14,500,000 and $15,000,000. Bids must include all work as detailed in the drawings and project manuals, and any addenda issued prior to the bid opening. The project is subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates. Minority-owned and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Bid security is required with each bid, and the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept the bid deemed best for the project.
