Renovation of a day care center in Grenville, New Mexico. Working plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
**As of January 20th, 2026, the owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Design/build for Village of Des Moines Daycare: interior renovation, exterior construct. Renovations/remodel modular classroom building consist of 5 rooms. Contractors will have over 30 days to submit proposals. Please include materials + labor cost. The selected provider will provide contractual services and all materials for project. Renovation/remodel on interior 28x60 classroom building. 111 Phase one Construction of interior classroom building 28x60. finish all walls in sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. Finish Ceiling with the same as walls. Add all light fixtures and fans, outlet covers, light switch covers, expand doors to 36''.,wide. Remove windows and replace with new windows constructing wider length for new windows. Vinyl waterproof, scratch proof installation of floors. Installation of'all bathroom vanities including all hardware and toilets. Adding new bathroom to office with plumbing all ADA requirements must be met accordingly to NM regulations. Ill Phase two of exterior cl91sroilm building 28x60. Complete deck with roof and railings; p1atform for ramp outside of entry door, ADA compliant ramp and railing (steep grade) include framing for concrete ( ramp) skirting of modular classroom building (28x60z0 concrete and sidewalks approximately 8x36. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP shall be submitted to the Procurement Manager of the Contracting Agency in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of proposals will not be answered.
