It is the intent of the Borough of Glassboro to receive bids for guaranteed prices for the purchase of Potable Water Treatment Plant Chemicals listed in Section III on an "as needed" basis. Each Chemical Bid will be awarded as an individual line item; therefore, suppliers may bid on as many or as few chemicals as they are qualified to supply. The Borough of Glassboro is looking to secure pricing on various potable water treatment chemicals as needed (6 Items). We have a fork lift on site. Our normal hours are Monday through Friday 7-3:30. The undersigned hereby declares and acknowledges that they have carefully examined and fully understand the specifications and conditions of this proposal. The undersigned proposes to furnish and deliver on an as needed basis or as otherwise noted per specifications the following items. Bidders are NOT required to bid on all chemicals listed. Winning bidder may bid on as little as one item. Please list the item number with any exceptions you may have on a separate sheet of paper. Any equivalents must be approved by the Water Department and the Borough Engineer. When a Performance Bond is required, all bidders are required to submit a Consent of Surety certificate from a surety company stating that said company will provide the bidder with a Performance Bond. This Checklist must be completed by all bidders, and returned with the all other required documents. For items with a value of $100,000.00 or more, a Bid Bond is mandatory. All required documents are noted on the Checklist, and each item shall be initialed by the bidder as confirmation the documents are included. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, with or without cause, and waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. The Borough further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all vendors submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the Borough reserves the right to re-bid.
