Description Metro, is inviting bids for MRC Single User Restroom for the Metro Regional Center (MRC). Demolition and renovation of two existing restrooms on the MRC's third floor in order to create a suite of eight new single-user restrooms. This project includes but is not limited to: . Demolition of existing Gyp. board wall assemblies . Demolition of existing restroom plumbing utilities . Removal and salvage of door actuators, light fixtures, restroom accessories and restroom fixtures to MRC . Patching of existing slab floor penetrations (existing utility chase) . Installation of new solid surface sink . Installation of new and salvaged plumbing fixtures . Installation of tiled floors and walls . Reconfiguration of existing plumbing supply and vent systems for use in the new restroom layout . Installation of new Gyp. board ceiling(s) . Reconfiguration of existing HVAC systems for use in the new restroom layout .
