Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
**As of January 07, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** A. The work includes but is not limited to 1. Reconstruction of Taxiway K from the Taxiways T and K intersection to west of Exit A6. The work includes providing centerline and edge lighting cans, conduits and conductors, signage, storm drainage improvements, site grading, and pavement markings. 2. Rehabilitation of Taxiway E from the Taxiways A and E intersection to the Runway 10L--28R hold bar. The work includes removing and resetting lighting, and providing centerline cans, conduits and conductors, signage, and pavement markings. B. The existing state prevailing rate of wage and, if applicable, the federal prevailing rate of wage required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 3141 et seq.) apply to this work. See the contract documents for more information. C. The work will require the Contractor, its employees, and subcontractors to obtain and display security identification badges. D. Plan and perform the work in accordance with the following restrictions: 1. Exhibit A ñ Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) 2.
