The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: Rehabilitation of four (4) sets of stairs at three (3) different parks throughout the City. Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
