discription:- This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued to cover requirements for the Department of Transportation that supply materials listed within the contract and other materials approved by the Engineer to the designated delivery location(s). The contractor is advised that this contract is considered a supply contract. The quantities in the proposal are based on estimated needs for the required activities within the Maintenance Area(s). Non-attendance of mandatory pre-bid meetings may be cause of disqualification. Notice: This Invitation to Bid is Issued in Order to Solicit Additional Vendors for Work in All Three Locations These improvements are more specifically shown on the Location Map(s) of the attached Plans. Scope: The Vendor Shall Supply Materials Listed Within the Contract and Other Material Approved by the Engineer to the Designated Delivery Location(S). Each awarded vendor’s contract and prices shall be valid for an initial Term of three (3) years from contract execution. Question Deadline 11/25/2025 Written Questions Due No Later Than: Ten (10) business days prior to Bid Due Date. Questions must be submitted before the date identified above in order to receive a response. All inquiries must be submitted via E-mail to: DOT-ask@delaware.gov. Performance Bond Requirement There is No Performance Bond Required DE DOT - Traffic Signals and ITS Materials Supply (Supplemental)
