Renovation of a multi-residential development in Henderson, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, 200-unit multi-residential development.

Sealed bids are requested for electrical upgrades for 200 units at Asset Management Property 1. Project Scope Notes: 1. The project scope includes the replacement and removal of existing receptacles. Existing receptacles removed will require wall patching and painting. Contractor is responsible for removal of all items necessary for a complete installation of the new products. 2. Pathway for cable to new receptacles will require temporary access holes in existing walls, ceilings, and chases. Patching of all holes is required. Provide minimum access hole quantity and size. Pathways should be concealed in wall cavity. Contractor shall notify Owner/Architect of wire routes that cannot be concealed in wall cavity for approval of mounting along existing wall surface. Any wire on existing wall surface must be covered with bulkhead made from wood studs and gypsum board. NO exposed wire shall be acceptable. 3. All receptacles, including existing to remain, shall have new wire from device to panel with ground. 4. All devices in exterior walls shall be recessed to be flush with finished surface. 5. Existing light fixtures will be replaced with LED. Replace existing light switches. Replace wire from fixture to panel and switch to include ground. 6. Remove all existing abandoned cover plates and patch hole. The project requires compliance with Davis Bacon Act/Prevailing Wage Rates. Bid packets are available at the Housing Authority office or the specified website. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will be awarded to the best low bid.
