Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Plattsmouth 10th Street Improvements from Main Street to Avenue "C" in Plattsmouth, NE. The work includes approximately 1,456 SY of concrete pavement replacement, 19 SY of concrete sidewalk replacement, 273 TN of asphalt overlay, 2,340 SY of cold milling, reconstruction of one sanitary manhole, 40 LF of 6" PVC sanitary sewer pipe, removals, rim/valve adjustments, seeding, and blanketing. Bids will be received for a single prime contract, on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding documents must be obtained through the designated website for a fee. Prospective bidders are urged to register on the website for addenda and updates. Federal standards, Davis-Bacon wage rates, System for Award Management (SAM) registration, and encouragement for compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) are required where applicable. Bid security is required per the instructions to bidders. The City reserves the right to accept any bid deemed most advantageous or reject any or all bids.
