Olsson Project No. I23-04366 The scope of work involves the construction of an RV Park Development at 347 E Main Street, Plattsmouth, NE, and includes clearing, grubbing, and removals of the project site in preparation for constructing 8 recreational vehicle (RV) pad sites with aggregate surfacing, 1 ADA RV pad site with concrete surfacing, aggregate surfacing access road, water service and hydrant, RV dump station with gravity sanitary sewer connection, electrical service with individual RV pad site panels, security lighting, landscaping, and seeding as indicated on the drawings and technical specifications, and all associated incidentals required for a complete RV Park. A complete set of plans, specifications, contract documents and proposal form must be obtained from the designated website for a fee. Prospective bidders are urged to register on the designated website as a plan holder. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will only be available through the designated website. Neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the issuing office. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum basis. Bid security is required as specified. Contractors shall comply with applicable federal standards and Davis-Bacon wage requirements, and provide evidence of System for Award Management registration.
