To include intersection aprons and driveways that are currently asphalted or concreted. ( Estimated 3302ft by 24ft of main line paving) LOCATION D: On Murray Road starting at 27 th Ave going west for 10,450 feet and stopping 2150 feet east of Highway 75. To include intersection aprons and driveways that are currently asphalted or concreted. (Estimated 10,415ft by 24ft of main line paving) PART E: On Havelock Ave. 4657 feet west of Highway 75. The full removal of asphalt approaches and replacing to the rail crossing. Contractor will need to work in cooperation with the railroad rules for work within there right of way. (Estimated 40ft by 22ft and 30ft by 22ft) LOCATION F: Patching area's county wide Detailed list will be compiled at the start of construction Notice is hereby given that the Cass County Board of Commissioners is extending an invitation for sealed bids for the placement of 23,930 sq. ft. of asphalt patching, 4.07 miles of asphalt overlay, and 516,016 sq. ft. of asphalt milling. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment neces sary to complete the construction of the project. All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of 30 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. A bid bond or check in the amount equal to 5% of the total amount proposal shall accompany each proposal. Bond or check shall be made payable to the Treasurer of Cass County, Nebraska, which is agreed shall be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract with Cass County or fail to furnish bond and securities in accordance with the proposal.
