**As of April 17, 2025, the project was awarded to Pavers Construction , with an awarded amount of $1,409,411.20.** the Cass County Board of Commissioners is extending an invitation for sealed bids for the placement of 23,930 sq. ft. of asphalt patching, 4.07 miles of asphalt overlay, and 516,016 sq. ft. of asphalt milling. The board reserves the right to accept or reject each proposal, and each proposal that does not comply with the bidding requirements will be rejected. Bid will be awarded based off of Grand Total Price. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the construction of the project. All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of 30 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. A bid bond or check in the amount equal to 5% of the total amount proposal shall accompany each proposal. Bond or check shall be made payable to the Treasurer of Cass County, Nebraska, which is agreed shall be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract with Cass County or fail to furnish bond and securities in accordance with the proposal.
