The work is for a remodel of the existing 1,560 SF Neighborhood Center Building, first floor, located at 4438 Windsor Road, Windsor, WI 53598. All bids shall be addressed to Village Clerk, 4430 Windsor Road, Windsor, WI 53598, and must be sealed with the name and address of the Bidder, the Bid Package Number and Name, and the Village of Windsor Project Name for which the bid is being submitted. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and printing the correct set of bidding documents and for obtaining any addenda or materials prior to submitting a bid. No bid will be received unless accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond payable to the Village of Windsor in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds, and insurance certification within ten days after the Notice of Award if the bid is accepted. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, or accept the bid that best serves the interests of the Village of Windsor. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
