Bids are requested for the construction of a new 5,389 SF Depot Street Station, located at 6758 Depot Street, Windsor, WI 53598. The bid packages include: Site Work/Site Utilities, Landscaping, Cast-in-Place Concrete, General Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical/Communications/Electronic Safety & Security, and Playground Equipment. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled with the name and address of the Bidder, the Bid Package Number and Name, and the project name. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid. If awarded, the bidder must execute the contract, provide performance/payment bonds, and insurance certification within ten days after notice of award. Bidders are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary bidding documents and addenda prior to submitting a bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or accept the bid(s) that best serve the interests of the Village of Windsor. No bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening without the owner’s consent.
