Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for PT-2025-RTSF-171 - Rehabilitation of Courtice Park & Ride Lot, Bowmanville Park & Ride Lot, and Oshawa Bus Facility Entrance. The Work includes but is not limited to: Bowmanville Park and Ride Lot: rehabilitation (repairs and / or replacement) work of asphalt and concrete pavement; sidewalks; curbs; and site draining and other ground conditions. Courtice Park and Ride Lot: rehabilitation (repairs and / or replacement) work of asphalt and concrete pavement; sidewalks; curbs; and site draining and other ground conditions. West side of parking lot requires asphalt (currently only has base). Oshawa Bus Facility: rehabilitation (repairs and / or replacement) work of: asphalt and concrete pavement; sidewalks; curbs; and site draining and other ground conditions. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
