Site work and paving for a road / highway in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Construction for "Roadway Rehabilitation, Blanchard Road." The Contractor must have a Louisiana State Contractor's Board license classification of Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. All bids shall be submitted on the required bid form and include all necessary documentation and forms, with a signed Bid, Certificate of Corporate Principal and Surety, and Bid Bond. A Resolution authorizing a representative to sign the bid must be included, as well as acknowledgment of all Addendums. Bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for bonds must be acceptable per the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. Contractors shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within fifteen working days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. Required attachments and certifications must be executed and submitted with the bid proposal. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, related to Equal Opportunity in Employment. Failure to comply with these requirements or submit complete documentation may disqualify the bid. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Shuler Consulting Company, 230 Grandview Drive, Chatham, Louisiana 71226, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The proposed project shall include the drainage improvements, base reconstruction, asphaltic concrete overlay, erosion control and related improvements.
