Renovation of a municipal facility in Northvale, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of January 08, 2026, the awarded contractors were HM Company LLC as Primary Contractor and with AA Berms LLC as Second Contractor for a two year term beginning March 1, 2026 and ending on February 29, 2028. The awarde amount is not yet available.** Sealed bids are solicited for Masonry Services. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms included with the bid specifications and accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a Consent of Surety. Corporations not chartered in New Jersey must provide documentation authorizing them to conduct business within the state. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27, disclose partners and stockholders according to Chapter 33 of the Public Laws of 1977, submit proof of business registration from the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, and be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor as per the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Proof of registration is required upon bid submission. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled "BID FOR Masonry Services" and delivered to the specified address by the indicated deadline. The successful bidder must adhere to prevailing wage regulations and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The contract is also subject to the Municipal Mechanics' Lien Law, Financial Standards for Surety Bond Companies, and other applicable laws and regulations. All bids must be irrevocable for sixty days, and the Borough reserves the right to reject or accept any bid. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
