The City College of New York (CCNY) of The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking to purchase a Tranter Heat Exchanger SPW-055. No substitutions will be accepted. Prospective respondents must complete the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) and send it to the designated contact. Any purchase resulting from this opportunity will be governed by the University's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, the RFQ, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, version June 2023 (Appendix A). Compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Law is required, and all communications must be directed through the designated contact. Required forms for selected vendors include the "Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)," "Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations," and "Offerer's Disclosure of Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k." This is a one-time purchase for delivery to 160 Convent Avenue, New York, NY 10031.
