The Province requires the year-round services of a contractor for daily maintenance and grounds keeping services of the outdoor public areas, trails, pathways and parking lots at Kananaskis Village. Services include: snow removal and hazard mitigation, grass cutting, garbage removal, trails maintenance, landscaping, sign maintenance, site furnishing maintenance, toilet cleaning, and other daily maintenance tasks as outlined in the Request for Proposals. The contract term is 5 years, with the Province in their discretion, able to extend the contract for one additional two year term. Questions received after this time will be answered if, in the opinion of the Province, time permits.
