Cost Range: $2,000,000 to $2,300,000 The De La Howe Hall sitework and parking lot project involves the development and construction of the outdoor areas surrounding the historic De La Howe Hall. This project will include site preparation, grading, landscaping, and the installation of a new parking lot to accommodate visitors and staff. The goal of this project is to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the outdoor spaces at De La Howe Hall, creating a welcoming and accessible environment. Professional services sought include site planning, grading, drainage design, pavement design, and landscaping. This will involve surveying the site and designing the layout. Interested firms should submit the following: 1. A current Standard Federal Form 330; 2. The name and contact information, including email, of a primary contact; 3. A certification stating whether the firm is a resident of South Carolina (See SC Code § 11-35-3215); 4. A response to selection criteria set forth in SC Code § 11-35-3220. All persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws at the time of resume submission.
