Site work for a mixed-use development in McCormick, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project involves the replacement of fire hydrants at Hickory Knob State Park. This is a rebid of a previous solicitation. Question Deadline: 4/17/2026 at 3PM The awarded vendor is to 1. Provide new hydrants to replace a. MH 129 1972 4.5 hydrant in our campground b. Waterous WB77 1979 4.5 hydrant by 300-section of rooms 2. Provide all materials, labor, equipment and insurance necessary to complete all work. 3. Test hydrants for proper operability and pressures after installation. The awarded vendor will ensure that all materials and methods of installation comply with industry standards. The hydrants are located at 1591 Resort Drive, McCormick, SC 29835
