Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and transportation to demolish and dispose existing curb ramps; construct curb ramps, spandrels, sidewalk, and curb and gutter as located in Appendix A and listed in Appendix B of the Specifications. All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days, not including material procurement, from the date of the Notice to Proceed with Construction Activities. Bids must be submitted on the City's Bid Forms. Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the City, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to City of Laguna Niguel as bid security. The bid security must be submitted in hard copy directly to the City prior to the specified date and time for bid opening as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders.
