St. Johns County School District ("SJCSD" or the "District") on behalf of The School Board of St. Johns County, Florida (the "Board"), has issued this competitive solicitation for proposals from qualified E-Rate eligible service providers (hereinafter referred to as the "Proposer") for edge and distribution hardware in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this RFP. Question Deadline 11/19/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions and Inquiries will not be accepted after this date and time. All questions and inquiries should be submitted via electronically. Questions submitted by any other means will not receive a response. All questions and the corresponding answers will be posted electronically. It is the Bidder's/Proposer's responsibility to ensure that all addenda have been reviewed and, if need be, signed and returned. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the St. John's County School District Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
