**As of January 27, 2026, the project was awarded to Besch & Smith Civil Group, with an awarded amount of $4,629,880.74.** The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete all work for the reconstruction of the identified portion of roadway located at Kings Estate Road and Hilltop Road. Improvements will include the installation of water and sewer services, storm water ponds and drain system, curb and sidewalks, clearing and grubbing, maintenance of traffic throughout the project, and all other aspects depicted in the plans and specifications provided.
