Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish all labor and materials necessary to perform Design-Bid-Build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction. Work includes electrical upgrades such as electrical panel upgrades and normal and emergency power; bonding; uninterruptible power supply systems; Building Management System interfaces; new and upgraded HVAC systems; reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing spaces including demolition, new construction, finishes, and cabling; renovation and expansion of data center space including cable management and server rack configuration; communications infrastructure upgrades including new data outlets, patch panels, and upgrades to Category 6A cabling; physical security upgrades; campus-wide fiber backbone upgrades within and between buildings; provision of diversified WAN paths; and hazardous materials abatement. Work will be performed in multiple buildings identified as Buildings 1, 2, 11, 18, 29, 46, and 96, as well as associated site work, in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. the magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
