Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Walnut Creek, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Includes but is not limited to the removal of old roofing and flashings; installation of new flashings, roof insulation, and roofing at Building 207-210, Music Building 305-306, and Girls Locker Room Building. All work must be performed by properly licensed contractors and subcontractors with active licenses in good standing. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Performance and payment bonds will be required. Prevailing wage law applies and these projects are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. (Please be advised that Moraga Road is subject to traffic delays. Allow for ample travel time to accommodate for these delays.)
