This is the Authoritys first Progressive Design-Build project and the Authority will rely on the PCM Consultant to provide leadership, direction, and informed recommendations on how best to structure, manage, and deliver the Project in accordance with industry best practices and applicable laws. Additionally, the PCM team will be expected to support the Authority's Public Information Officer (PIO) in various roles to manage public notifications, outreach, media requests, and distribution of information. The PCM Consultant shall own and manage these processes in addition to other necessary scopes which may have been inadvertently omitted from this RFP or would otherwise be beneficial to the Project. Teams should proactively guide the Authority on best practices to navigate successful project delivery.
