Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board ("Owner"), a municipal service management organization created by the provincial government to oversee the local planning, coordination, and delivery of a range of services and programs divested to the municipal order of government in Espanola, Ontario, invites submissions for the pre-qualification of General Contractors interested in the execution of a new Paramedic Services Station in Hagar, ON. The project consists of the construction of a new 3,200 sq. ft. single-storey, slab-on-grade, wood-framed Paramedic Services facility. The new building will include three (3) ambulance bays, administrative offices, mechanical and electrical rooms, and support spaces for ambulance operations. The facility will be situated on a combination of the existing property and an adjacent newly acquired lot, with a new site access point constructed from Highway 535. The main building will include paramedic support areas such as washrooms, showers, change rooms, a kitchen, and a crew lounge.
