Work Will Include Restoration on the Exterior of the Structure and Interior Restoration of the Basement and Main Floors. Including Exterior Masonry Restoration and Repointing Repair and Replacement of Wood Windows, Doors and Trim. Concrete and Wood Structural Reinforcement, Interior Plaster and Wood Restoration and Related Work. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certificate of Surety From an Acceptable Surety and a Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Borough of Paulsboro in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, Each in the Amount Equal to ONE Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Contract Price.
