Currently Riveron City's 3MG Water Tank is out of compliance with the State of Utah. Quote to hire a firm to provide an engineering design of needed adjustments to get the tank in compliance with the State of Utah. We know it is out of compliance because the overflow/drain is being discarded below grade in a storm drain box. We also know that the overflow/drain needs to be goosenecked and discharged above ground to be in compliance. Because of elevation difficulties and the floor of the tank being below grade, could mean the designed discharge will have to be piped down hill to the east to achieve proper grade levels.
