The contractor shall replace HVAC systems in 22 buildings located in the 12900 block, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The scope includes removal of existing HVAC units and installation of new systems for barracks and latrine facilities. Specifically, the work involves replacing HVAC units in 19 barracks and 3 latrine areas, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The work shall be performed within the designated period of performance and include proper testing and commissioning of the installed systems to ensure full functionality.
