Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Childersburg, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing the tasks necessary for the construction of the STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT NORTHWEST CHILDERSBURG - CWSRF PROJECT NO. CS010832-02 CONTRACT NO. 2. The principal items of work include: 1. 2-Double Wing Wall Inlets 2. 1 Single Wing Wall Inlet 3. Curb and Gutter 4. Valley Gutter 5. Paving Bidders must provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100% of the bid amount, and obtain the necessary licenses and permits required by state, county, and city authorities. The contract time is 90 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed if the contract time is exceeded. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, and accept any bid considered advantageous. Question Deadline 12/08/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
