Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing the work of constructing improvements as specified. The principal work includes the replacement of cast iron gas mains with various MDPE pipe. All materials furnished must be BABA compliant. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline; late bids will not be accepted. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for public inspection or may be obtained for a fee. The contract period is 720 consecutive calendar days, and liquidated damages will be assessed for exceeding the contract time. Time extensions may be applied for but must be approved before the contract completion date to avoid damages. Question Deadline 05/11/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
