Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Oregon, Design and Construction office, a department within Campus Planning and Facilities Management, is soliciting Proposals for General Contracting Services associated with the following: Project Name: Earl Hall Complex Phase 2 CP25-196 Project Description: The project includes the removal and replacement of the windows and exterior façade improvement in the Sheldon, Stafford and Young Towers of the Earl Hall building; reroof of the Stafford and Young Towers. Work will take place in the summer of 2026. Project Scope Generally Includes Removal And Replacement Of Existing Windows, Removal Of All Exterior Quarry Tile, Installation Of New Metal Panel Wall Systems At Young, Stafford, And Sheldon Halls, And Pressure Washing All Wall Surfaces At The Completion Of The Work. Additionally The Scope Includes Removal And Replacement Of Select Windows And Doors At Morton And Mcclure Halls, Roofs On Young And Stafford Halls, And The Entry Canopies At Sheldon Hall Clarifying questions must be submitted to Luke Helm (Owners Representative) via email at lhelm@uoregon.edu. The last day for submitting clarifying questions will be December 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM (PST).
