The Provider shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment as may be necessary to complete and provide landscape maintenance services for St. Tammany Parish Jail, located at 1200 Champange Street, LA 70433. Each task shall be performed, as stated, per the scope of work, specifications, responsibilities, safety requirements, and special conditions without prodding or reminders by the Parish. The Provider will be responsible via a communication system set in place by the St. Tammany Parish Department of Facilities Management to confirm that each and every cut or visit has been completed. This will be done by an email sent to the Facilities Management Department personnel that is responsible for overseeing the contract. The invoices will be paid depending on this process as well.
