Site work for an educational facility in Covington, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Separate sealed bids will be received for Lyon Elementary School, Drainage and Paving Improvements, STPSB Project No. 1932. Complete Bidding Documents are available from the Engineer or specified distribution sources. All bids must include bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must comply with State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Preference may be given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, as legally applicable. Bids may be submitted electronically as per relevant statutes. Bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid conference at the project site. Visitors on St. Tammany Parish Public School campuses are required to check in at the front office of the school.
