The Project includes the following Work: 1 Contract 1A (RFP # 2026-003-11-7130) - a. 74,350 linear feet (approx.) of 2-inch to 12-inch water main and appurtenances b. 10 Horizontal Directional Drills - 2,500 linear feet of Fusible PVC 4-inch to 12-inch 2 Contract 1B (RFP # 2026-004-11-7130) - a. 77,300 linear feet (approx.) of 2-inch to 12-inch water main and appurtenances b. 4 Horizontal Directional Drills - 1,200 linear feet of Fusible PVC 4-inch to 12-inch c. Leonard Road 400 gpm Booster Pump Station Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders should be aware that the Project will be funded in part by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Successful Bidder shall be required to follow ARPA Requirements in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions.
