Boynton Elementary School Phase Ii Addition and Renovation, Ringgold Elementary School and Ringgold Primary School Reroofing and Renovation, Lakeview Middle School Renovation, Ringgold High School Gym Addition and Renovation The Catoosa County Public School System (CCPS) desires to retain the services of a professional Construction Management (CM) firm for the management, under a construction management/contractor format, for the construction of projects identified below. CM services for each project listed will be performed under a separate construction manager at risk contract. To qualify for consideration, a firm must be prepared to provide the expertise, resources and personnel experience in project planning, cost management, project control, preconstruction and construction techniques, value-engineering analysis, scheduling and quality assurance throughout the planning and construction phases of the project Boynton Elementary School Phase II Addition and Renovation The project consists of classrooms, library and support space addition, renovation of existing cafeteria, gym and ancillary spaces, demolition of existing wings of the school and site development of parking, drives and sidewalks and related support spaces. Project will require multiple phases. Project contains approximately 49,000 new sf and 31,000 renovated sf. Bid Target is 24,750,000. See attached conceptual drawings. Ringgold Elementary School (RES) and Ringgold Primary School (RPS) Reroofing and Renovation Project consists of reroofing both RES and RPS. Project also provides for renovation of RES. Reroofing of RES requires the removal and replacement of the existing structural metal decking. Therefore this work will require phasing the project to allow closing classrooms to allow this work to be accomplished safely, which requires close coordination with CCPs to minimize disturbance to instructional environment. Renovation of RES includes, new ceilings, lighting, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, painting, windows and doors. RES and RPS reroofing totals approximately 141,100 sf of TPO and shingle roof area. RES renovation contains approximately 67,000 sf. Bid Target is $9,100,000. See attached conceptual plans. Lakeview Middle School Renovation Project consists of providing new floor finishes, paint, ceilings, doors and updated MEP systems. Project will require multiple phases to minimize instructional disturbance. Existing floor plans are attached. Total renovation area is approximately 118,500 sf. Bid Target is $10,350,000. Ringgold High School Gym Addition and Renovation Project consists of addition to main gym to house basketball locker rooms and renovation of existing gym to provide new retractable seating, new lighting, painting as well as removal of existing stage construction allow for additional retractable seating. RHS Gymnasium addition is 2,600 sf. Gymnasium renovation is 19,800 sf. Bid Target is $4,400,000. See attached conceptual plans.
