The request for proposal is for Network Switch Installation. Written sealed bid proposals must be submitted to Pittsburg Unified School District, Technology Department. Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all firms and qualifications and/or waive any irregularity in any qualification received. The security of unsuccessful firms will be returned within sixty days from the selection date. No firm may withdraw its bid for ninety days after the bid opening date unless otherwise required by law. The Pittsburg Unified School District is soliciting proposals for replacement of network switch equipment (removal/disposal of old equipment, procurement/installation/configuration of new equipment) at school sites indicated on the List of Sites. The project consists of replacing existing network equipment at the schools with modern switches and supplying all termination equipment/connectors for a complete project for the listed sites. Existing network switches will be replaced with cloud managed network switch equipment. This Request for Proposals is to provide PUSD with a turnkey network switch installation service.
