The projects limits extend from: 80 feet northwest to 110 feet southwest of the culvert carrying Sunflower Drive over the Tributary to Bloody Brook. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of the existing structure and replacement with a precast box culvert and wingwalls, 180 feet of full-depth asphalt pavement reconstruction, and 83 feet of sewer main relocation. The MBE goal for this project is 10%. The WBE goal for this project is 15%. The SDVOB goal for this project is 6%. There are no DBE goals for this project.
