Remodeling of an office development in Centralia, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade office development.
This project includes a non-structural roof assembly replacement and the partial interior remodel of an existing building located at 1100 N. Tower Avenue in Centralia, Washington, all in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions and City of Centralia Standards. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by cash, bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Centralia, in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total bid. The bid shall be labeled Centralia City Light Office Remodel Project Bid on the envelope. The City of Centralia reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive irregularities in the bid or bidding. Clarification Deadline 12/3/2025 10:00 AM The Engineers estimate range is $501,595.88 - $752,393.82. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The actual Contractor's estimate is $334,900.21-$502,350.31
