Bids will be received for a single prime contract which includes, but is not limited to: A lump sum price to furnish and install (223) 1.5" B&B trees. This project is for planting in spring of 2026. The work also includes staking, mulching and watering for 12 weeks to establish the new trees along streets throughout the City. Contract 25-07 is a Lump Sum price contract. Also requested are unit prices for hand-digging planting holes and additional watering cycles beyond the initial 12 weeks for all newly planted trees. All labor, materials, overhead, mobilization, profit, and incidental costs to fully complete the project shall be included in the total price in the bid schedule. No substitutions for species or cultivars will be permitted.
