Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,633-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace the existing shingle roofs on the restrooms at Ackerman's Grove and Homestead Hollow County Parks, located in Washington County, WI. This project generally consists of tearing-off the old shingles, gutters and downspouts and the installation of new shingles, gutters and downspouts for the restroom roofs at Ackerman's Grove County Park located at 4875 County Hwy Z, West Bend, (Town of Polk) WI 53095 and Homestead Hollow County Park located at N120W19809 Freistadt Rd, Germantown, (Village of Germantown) WI 53022. Both restrooms are similar to each other and are approximately 1,633 sq ft each with gable roofs. All questions resulting in further clarification or modification to this request will be handled by written addenda. Questions shall be directed to the Purchasing Office via email to purchasing1@washcowisco.gov. Questions must be asked prior to 16th Feb 2026.
