A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors to provide HVAC Split Systems Replacement at Williams Terrace Senior Housing, 22 Laurens Street, Charleston, SC. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Housing Authority of the City of Charleston, Procurement and Contracts Management Department, Suite 102, Charleston, SC 29403. Write the Job Number and Job Name on the outside of any mailing package. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any proposals and to cancel this solicitation. Several Units at Williams Terrace Senior Housing have failed. Several Mitsubishi Split System Units have already been installed. This contract requires the installation of Mitsubishi Split System Units to standardize the systems within each apartment. The cost per unit should be based on the installation of the following component parts and any additional parts needed to provide a turnkey system installation.
