Renovation of a municipal facility in Cambridge, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The City of Cambridge is seeking a qualified contractor to restore ten windows in the Council Chambers building located at 305 Gay Street, Cambridge, MD. A complete description of the project scope and required qualifications is provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) available on the City's website. There will be a pre-proposal conference at 2 pm on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, at 305 Gay Street, Cambridge, MD, where questions from potential bidders will be addressed and a site tour will be given. All proposals must be delivered no later than 3 pm on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, to the Department of Public Works Office, 1025 Washington Street, Cambridge, MD.
