Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 18,954-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and municipal facility.
Sealed bids for multiple prime bid packages will be received by the Pickaway County Port Authority (the "Owner"), as provided in this notice for A New Pickaway County Fair Multi-Purpose Building Project (the "Project"). All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply.
