Site work for a water / sewer project in Phenix City, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Upgrade and installation of Sensus AMI base stations and related appurtenances. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder. Bidders must submit, upon request, a list of projects successfully completed in the past two years with the same scope of work and approximate construction cost. All bidders must comply with the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work on which the proposal is submitted. Each bidder must deposit security with their bid as provided in the instructions. Bidders exceeding the amount set by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and show license evidence on the envelope containing the proposal. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after opening. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery of their bids.
