Project includes construction of a pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge spanning 180' over the Mahoning River, including abutment and pier construction, setting of the bridge, a trail connection to Market Street, an ADA ramp structure on the Perkins Park side of the river, and decorative bridge lighting. The pre-fabricated bridge will be manufactured by others, with the procurement of the bridge and coordination of the installation being the responsibility of the general contractor. One single prime contract will be awarded for this work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 4 in the Instructions to Bidders.
