Deadline for Questions and Comments: November 12, 2025, 2:00pm The Department of Public Works is seeking Plumbing Contractors for Job Order Contracts. The work consists, in general, of providing all labor, materials, tools, appurtenances, and equipment required, as well as any other items and details not mentioned but required by the contract documents and as directed by the Director of Public Works or the Director's designee. Services are anticipated to be performed within a designated area of the County but may be required at any location or facility under the jurisdiction of the Owner. Separate Job Orders-Notice to Proceed will be issued as warranted. The apparent lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder will be considered for award of each Job Order Contract but will be excluded from consideration for each successive contract. The Department intends to contract with up to two contractors with an aggregate fiscal obligation not to exceed $2,000,000 for each agreement during a maximum individual term of one year.
