A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Redwood City is seeking bids for a project to install stage draperies at a new auditorium in Redwood City. The Project is located at the Veterans Memorial Building / Senior Center, 1333 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94061 and includes: relocation of existing traveler track and manual pulley system, furnishing and installation of new Cyclorama ("Cyc"), Cyc track and tensioning system, Cyc protector, valence, main curtain, roto-draper and leg curtains, and associated engineering design/permitting of supports needed for this work. Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the Project, the bid procedures, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to Nyal Nunn, Assistant Engineer, at nnunn@redwoodcity.org. Oral responses are not authorized and are not binding on the City. Bidders should submit any such written inquiries by October 29, 2025. Questions received any later might not be addressed before the bid deadline. An interpretation or clarification by City in response to a written inquiry will be issued in an addendum.
